Angelyne (71) – Earth Girls Are Easy

Ronia Tamar Goldberg, popularly known as Angelyne, is a singer and model who started up her career with the album titled “Angelyne.” In 1984, she did something that shall make her popular for a lifetime. She put up billboards all around California with a sensual picture of herself.

This act became so popular that it led to the creation of multiple biography movies and documentaries. A TV mini-series starring Emmy Rosum in 2022 is just about that. Angelyne went on to release three more LPs and work in over 17 movies after the stunt, while she’s also been in multiple music videos.

Lisa Bonet (53) – The Cosby Show

It’s common to know that someone grew up to work with their childhood idol. However, this is a first; Lisa Bonet is currently married to Jason Momoa, who was a fan of Bonet when he was a child. That’s how ageless Bonet is. Before Momoa, she was married and subsequently divorced singer Lenny Kravitz.

She appeared as Carla on “St. Elsewhere,” Denise Huxtable on “A Different World,” and Maya Daniels on “Life on Mars.” However, she’s most popular for her role on “The Cosby Show.” In January 2022, she and Momoa announced separation but with the utmost respect and praise for each other.

Lisa Hartman (65) – Knots Landing

Lisa Hartman has had a career as an actress and a singer. In 1982, she played the role of a rock singer in the TV series “Knots Landing,” and she fit perfectly. In her career, she’s launched five studio albums aside from multiple singles. She has 46 acting credits to her name.

In her singing career, she won one award from the “Academy of Country Music Awards” for vocal event of the year in 1999. In 2020, she appeared as “Lady Snow Owl” on the singing competition TV show “The Masked Singer.” Later she made a guest appearance on the same show in 2021.

Nia Peeples (60) – Fame

Nia Peeples started her career in the performance group The Young Americans. Her single “Trouble” from her first album “Nothin’ But Trouble” was a hit that landed at #35 on the Billboard Hot 100. With multiple dance hits, she was recognized as a hip-hop singer with multiple dance hits, while she is still active with a few projects at hand.

Even before finding success in music, she was cast with her first major role in the ’80s musical TV show “Fame,” soon after which she was also cast in a few other famous projects. In January 2022, Peeples, along with the cast of “Fame,” reunited on the show’s 40th anniversary.

Samantha Fox (55) – “Touch Me (I Want Your Body)”

Samantha Fox has been in showbiz since the age of 16. It all started with coming in 2nd on an amateur modeling contest. She became one of the most clicked celebrities of the 1980s, after getting fame as a topless model on the Page3 of The SUN, only at the age of 17.

Fox made her debut as a pop singer with the song “Touch Me (I Want Your Body),” which received praise globally and became a hit. She’s done six studio albums in all while she has over 30 acting credits to her name. She was also seen in a 2021 episode of the talk show “Loose Women.”
